We rarely find time in our busy day-to-day lives for developing our skills.

Now that we have the much wanted time, stop dwelling on the virus and actually get to work! Most of the content for self improvement will be in my blog posts so, be sure to check that out.

Health, workouts, beauty, hobbies, life skills, hacks... Let's put a tick on everything.

Enhancement: List

We are all probably going through this phase where we are so sick of Covid-19 and bored to death. When we have so much time and nothing to do, we tend to overthink. This is great cause you are ultimately reflecting on your actions and behavior, but if it exceeds a limit, this might be dangerous for your mental health. That's exactly why I'm here, not only to keep you engaged with various activities but also if you need a helping hand. If you need to rant or complain or just talk cause you want company, you are welcome to write to me about ANYTHING and I promise to listen.

Physical Health

Body movement is really important too. With the gyms closing, we are all searching for home workouts, whether it's on a yoga mat or with the little equipment we have at home.
I suggest you should also keep track of some measurements. I've attched a few helpful links.

Let's get cooking

Food is BAE

Cooking is really theraputic and can put you on the right track for healthy eating habits.

Then again cooking could also be baking a cake or cookies, frying some chicken and trying out DIY cotton candy... yum.

Cooking, if you are like me- a teenager who wants to study abroad, can help you learn some much needed college and living alone skills.

Love to write, but have Writer's Block?

Here are some writing prompts that you can use to inspire your kids -- or you can write about them yourself...

1) Your character wakes up and at first doesn't know where s/he is.  Then the character realizes that s/he is in his/her own bed, but s/he has shrunk to the size of an ant.  What does the character do?  What happens next?  Write the story.

2) Think of a place that's special to you.  It could be a real or an imaginary place.    What are some of the sights, smells, sounds, and feelings you have in that place?  What do you do there?  Write a poem about this place.

3) Your character's friends all seem angry with him/her, but no one will tell him/her why.  What does the character do?  What happens next?  Write the story.

4) Write a poem about what it's like to be a baby, and what it's like to be the age that you are now.

5) Your character's pet is nowhere to be found.  What does your character feel?  What does s/he do?  What happens next?  Write the story.

6) Do you remember the dreams you have at night?  Write a poem about one of them.

7) What's your favorite animal? What would it feel like to be that animal? Where would you live? How would you move? What would you do? How would the world look different? Write a poem from the animal's perspective.

8) Your character receives a beautifully wrapped present.  S/he opens the box, and it is empty.  At first, your character is disappointed, but then s/he discovers that it is a magic box.  How is the box magical?  What does the character do?  Write the story.
